The Premio ArteMilano represents for us an important appointment, a showcase for art that in 2024 has found in the city of Milan, the space of expression. The project lives within the historic surroundings of the Milan Cultural Center, a place that has been particularly active for a long time regarding multifaceted activities in the cultural field. The great Lombard city has hosted over the years, several historical art prizes until arriving in recent times to initiatives capable of involving more and more artists eager to measure themselves with proposals of this type. A60 International Art is happy to propose to the public a project that has been able to gather and thus give visibility to Italian and foreign artists, young and not, who through drawings, paintings, photographs and videos have been selected for their qualities. Each work visible here represents a unique, particular narrative, capable of becoming a polyphony of contemporaneity, becoming sign and memory. All this represents a special value that should be defended and celebrated. The now distracted time in which we all live, contaminated by the use of “sophisticated” technological means, helps us with great difficulty to reflect: art, perhaps, still represents a useful avenue to be listened to, bearer of precious messages for mankind. We thank all the artists together with our collaborators who wanted to support our project in the defense of the values of art that through different forms, find here in the Premio ArteMilano, space and celebration.
